Al Kholood held off a determined Al Shabab to win 2-1 in the Saudi Pro League, with Iker Kortajarena's equaliser briefly threatening to deny the hosts before Abdulrahman Al-Dawsari struck three minutes from time to settle it.

Al Hilal's five-match winning run came to a stunning halt at home as NEOM SC claimed a 2-0 victory, with Kalidou Koulibaly's own goal and a Amadou Koné strike doing the damage. It was a night where Al Hilal's standards slipped badly, and NEOM made them pay.

Sergej Milinkovic-Savic's second-half strike settled a one-sided contest as Al Hilal controlled Al Shabab from start to finish, winning 1-0 in the Saudi Pro League on Friday evening.

NEOM SC dismantled Al Khaleej with three goals in the final eight minutes of the first half, with Alexandre Lacazette opening the scoring before Muhanad Al-Saad and Amadou Koné put the game to bed before the break.
