Lillestrøm 2-0 Vålerenga result, stats and report

Real Sociedad dismantled Lillestrøm 6-0 in the UEFA Europa League, with Sergio Gómez scoring twice inside the opening half hour and Luka Sucic adding a brace to complete a night Lillestrøm will want to forget quickly.

Sparta Praha dominated from start to finish but could not hold on, as Thomas Lehne Olsen equalised in stoppage time to earn Lillestrøm a 1-1 draw in the UEFA Europa League.

Viking were comfortable and ruthless at home, putting three past Lillestrøm without reply. Lillestrøm had the ball but did absolutely nothing useful with it.

Sebastian Jarl's 76th-minute left-foot finish earned Vålerenga a share of the spoils, but a fifth match without a win tells you everything you need to know about where this club is right now.

Two sides with identical three-match Europa League samples and serious questions to answer. Thursday evening at Lillestrøm could go several ways, and not many of them are comfortable for either manager.

Lillestrøm welcome Real Sociedad to Thursday's Europa League fixture carrying more recent evidence than their visitors. Neither side can afford another slip.

Vålerenga have not kept a clean sheet in their last ten Eliteserien matches and conceded fifteen goals in their last five alone. Brann arrive with something to prove after back-to-back defeats, and the numbers suggest this will not be pretty.

Sandefjord have won just once in their last ten Eliteserien matches and face a Lillestrøm side that has won two of their last three. Something has to give on Sunday afternoon.
