AIK vs Degerfors prediction, odds and how to watch

Sirius earned a deserved 2-0 win over Degerfors in the Swedish Allsvenskan, recovering from a second-minute own goal scare to dominate the contest through desire, duels, and a clinical first-half finish from Melker Heier.

Elfsborg controlled this Swedish Allsvenskan fixture from the first whistle, with Leo Östman opening the scoring in the 13th minute and substitute Ari Sigurpálsson sealing it late on. Degerfors never looked like competing.

Brommapojkarna controlled the pattern of this match from early in the second half and were rewarded with two late goals, including a penalty, to keep a clean sheet that their overall dominance deserved.

Mjällby have conceded 14 goals in their last five Allsvenskan matches and cannot buy a clean sheet. Degerfors arrive with three wins from five but a longer record that tells a different story.

Second-placed Hammarby travel to a Degerfors side deep in relegation trouble, but the gap in quality makes this less a contest and more a coaching examination for both benches.

Sirius sit top of the Allsvenskan with a six-point cushion and a ruthless home record. Degerfors arrive in Uppsala having conceded eleven goals in their last five away matches, and the structural problems on the road are getting harder to ignore.

Two of the Allsvenskan's most troubled sides meet at Degerfors on Saturday, with both clubs mired in the bottom half and Halmstad arriving in genuinely desperate shape. The points are not just important here. They may be defining.
