Vålerenga vs Tromsø prediction, odds and how to watch

Tromsø ground out a 3-2 win over HamKam at home, with Vegard Erlien's header and a HamKam own goal in the final ten minutes doing the damage. HamKam had four shots all game. Four.

Sebastian Jarl's 76th-minute left-foot finish earned Vålerenga a share of the spoils, but a fifth match without a win tells you everything you need to know about where this club is right now.

Vålerenga put in a composed away performance to beat Lillestrøm 2-0 in the Norwegian Eliteserien, with Ruben Gabrielsen heading the visitors in front before Thomas Lehne Olsen wrapped it up deep into stoppage time.

L. Alvheim scored twice as Kristiansund ground out a controlled 2-0 home win against a Tromsø side that had more of the ball but created nothing of note. The result was built on defensive organisation and a willingness to compete.

Tromsø have shipped 12 goals in their last five Eliteserien matches and now face a KFUM side that has conceded in every one of their last five away fixtures. Something will give at Alfheim on Sunday.

Vålerenga have not kept a clean sheet in their last ten Eliteserien matches and conceded fifteen goals in their last five alone. Brann arrive with something to prove after back-to-back defeats, and the numbers suggest this will not be pretty.

Two teams who cannot stop conceding goals meet at KFUM on Monday evening. Something has to give, and the data suggests it might be both defences at once.

Fredrikstad arrive at this fixture on the back of four wins from their last five in the Eliteserien, with a defence that has kept things tight. Tromsø bring goals and inconsistency in equal measure.
