Osasuna 0-0 Levante result, stats and report

Levante ended a five-match winless run in emphatic fashion, beating Athletic Club 3-1 thanks to a blistering Roger Brugué double and a Karl Etta Eyong late strike, with Aymeric Laporte's red card effectively ending Athletic's hopes.

Osasuna ended a run of four La Liga defeats with a controlled 2-0 home win over Racing Santander, settling the match from the penalty spot inside nine minutes before Asier Osambela wrapped it up late on. Racing offered little in front of goal and had no answer for Osasuna's purpose.

Deportivo La Coruña rescued a point through Daniel Requena Sánchez's 82nd-minute equaliser after Levante had taken the lead through Bil Nsongo. A hard-fought draw at Riazor settled nothing for two sides who cannot find consistency.

Levante have failed to keep a single clean sheet in their last five La Liga matches. Elche have kept three. Something has to give on Monday night.

Two struggling sides meet at El Sadar on Sunday evening, with Osasuna desperate to arrest a damning run of form and Málaga yet to taste victory in their last five La Liga matches.

Atletico Madrid arrive at Levante on Saturday having won all five of their last La Liga matches. Levante have not won any of their last five. This is not a complicated situation.

Real Sociedad arrive at this one in serious form, scoring freely and with genuine conviction. Levante have not won in five La Liga matches and look like a side waiting to get hurt.
