Lausanne Sport 2-3 Zürich result, stats and report

Hannes Delcroix scored a hat-trick as Lugano dismantled a shambolic Lausanne Sport side 4-0, exposing every weakness a struggling home team has been hiding in plain sight.

A VAR-assisted red card for Zürich's Fodé Sylla at 27 minutes shaped this Swiss Super League draw, with both goals coming from the spot and Sion left frustrated after four straight wins.

Kingstone Mutandwa converted a second-half penalty to give Servette a 1-0 victory at Lausanne Sport, with the hosts left to rue a performance that produced plenty of attempts but zero cutting edge.

Vaduz came from behind to beat Zürich 2-1 in the Swiss Super League, with Umeh Emmanuel's 90th-minute right-foot finish sealing a win that Zürich's defending simply did not deserve to avoid.

Vaduz ran out convincing 3-1 winners at home against Lausanne Sport, with Lutfi Dalipi at the heart of everything good about the hosts and four yellow cards telling the real story about Lausanne's afternoon. A team that could not defend, could not stay disciplined, and could not compete when it mattered.

St. Gallen welcome a Lausanne Sport side that has failed to win any of their last five Swiss Super League matches to the Kybunpark on Sunday. The form book points firmly in one direction.

Two of the Swiss Super League's leakiest defences meet on Saturday. Someone has to lose. The question is how many goals it takes to get there.
