Istra 1961 3-0 Slaven Koprivnica result, stats and report

Rudeš looked to be heading for a hard-earned point after Ilija Nestorovski's second-half brace, but Marko Zebic equalised deep into stoppage time to snatch a 2-2 draw for Slaven Koprivnica in a bad-tempered Croatian 1. HNL clash.

Dalisson de Almeida's 22nd-minute header proved the difference as Hajduk Split ground out a 1-0 win over a Slaven Koprivnica side who finished the match with ten men.

Emil Frederiksen scored all three goals for Istra 1961 as they beat Rudeš 3-2 in the Croatian 1. HNL, but a nervy finale showed exactly why this side cannot afford to switch off. Rudeš made them pay in the closing minutes and nearly nicked a point they had no business taking.

Dinamo Zagreb dominated from start to finish but could not hold on for victory, as Istra 1961 twice levelled in a 2-2 draw that will frustrate the Croatian giants. Smail Prevljak's 84th-minute equaliser completed the comeback and denied Dinamo what their performance clearly deserved.

Varaždin bossed every statistical category and hit the woodwork twice, but a resolute Istra 1961 side held on for a goalless draw in the Croatian 1. HNL. The home side will be furious with themselves.

Dinamo Zagreb arrive in Koprivnica on Saturday with a flawless record against the hosts and serious momentum behind them. Slaven are running out of bodies and out of answers.

Lokomotiva Zagreb host Istra 1961 on Saturday in desperate need of a result, but their recent form is an embarrassment and Istra are arriving with genuine momentum. Something has to give.
