Hellas Verona vs Carrarese prediction, odds and how to watch

Daniel Mosquera came off the bench to score twice in two minutes and hand Hellas Verona a 2-1 Serie B victory over Vicenza, overturning a deficit with a ruthless late spell that settled a fractious, card-filled contest.

Antonio Prisco came off the bench and scored the only goal of the game in the 66th minute to give Benevento a 1-0 Serie B victory at Carrarese, who remain without a win in their last five Serie B matches.

Pietro Iemmello's 83rd-minute right-foot finish settled a tight Serie B contest at Catanzaro, giving the hosts a victory their pressure probably deserved. Carrarese arrived with a poor recent record and left with nothing.

Calcio Padova dominated large portions of this Serie B clash but could not convert their superiority into victory, as Hellas Verona equalised through Amin Sarr's penalty to earn a 1-1 draw at the Euganeo.

Carrarese head into Saturday's Serie B fixture against Modena without a win in their last five completed matches. Modena are no world-beaters themselves, but they look a different animal to the side hosting them.

Hellas Verona host Catanzaro on Friday night with both sides carrying inconsistent form and questions that need answering. This is a fixture neither team can afford to treat lightly.

Modena have managed just one clean sheet in their last ten Serie B matches, and Hellas Verona are coming to town having scored eight goals in four away outings. This has the makings of a scrap, and somebody's defensive frailties are about to be brutally exposed.

Calcio Padova host Carrarese on Sunday knowing a win keeps the pressure on. Carrarese arrive having won none of their last five in Serie B.
