Brann 3-2 Rosenborg result, stats and report

Brann produced a remarkable 2-1 victory over Bodø/Glimt in the Norwegian Eliteserien, holding on with ten men after Kristall Máni Ingason scored the winner and was then sent off in the same second half.

Rosenborg made it a comfortable afternoon in Kristiansund, winning 3-1 with goals from Mads Bomholt, Noah Sahsah, and Amin Chiakha to underline the gulf in quality between the two sides.

Vålerenga have not kept a clean sheet in their last ten Eliteserien matches and conceded fifteen goals in their last five alone. Brann arrive with something to prove after back-to-back defeats, and the numbers suggest this will not be pretty.

Sarpsborg 08 have not won in five Eliteserien matches and face a Rosenborg side that has won four of their last five. Something has to give on Sunday.

Bodø / Glimt arrive at Brann in the Norwegian Eliteserien on Sunday in the kind of form that makes you feel sorry for the hosts. Brann have lost two on the bounce and face a side that has dropped just two points in their last ten Eliteserien matches.

Kristiansund host Rosenborg on Saturday carrying serious defensive wounds, while the visitors arrive with seven wins from their last ten in the Eliteserien. This one looks like it has a result written all over it.

Brann have scored freely in the Conference League but cannot keep a clean sheet to save themselves. Lincoln Red Imps arrive in Bergen on Thursday with very little evidence on the road and four players unavailable.

Rosenborg host a Sandefjord side carrying a battered injury and suspension list on Saturday, and the home side's dominant recent record in Trondheim makes this a match with real conviction behind it.
