Right. Late Sunday night football in MLS. Charlotte hosting Houston Dynamo. Half midnight kick-off for those of us watching from the UK, which means this one is either the perfect excuse to stay up or the perfect excuse to check the score in the morning. Personally? I'm staying up. Because this one has proper scenes written all over it.
The Dynamo Are In Frightening Shape
Look at the fixtures. Look at the form. Houston Dynamo have gone WWWWD in their last five games overall. Four wins and a draw. Nine goals scored. One goal conceded. One. In five games. That is not a misprint, mate. That is a team that has found something, locked up at the back, and is absolutely purring right now.

I fancy Houston to win this one. They are the better team in form, they know how to travel and get results, and Charlotte's overall defensive record does let goals in. Charlotte sitting fifth in the East with seven losses already this season tells you they can be beaten.
As a standalone bet though? Houston win at whatever price the books are offering feels right to me. Don't @ me when Charlotte score two in the last ten minutes. Back to the drawing board if they do. But right now, the Dynamo vibes are immaculate and I am riding that wave. You heard it here first.
