Forty-three points from 35 games. They are safe enough from any real drama down the bottom, but there is nothing to really play for at the top either. That kind of no-man's-land position can go one of two ways. Either you get a team that just goes out and plays with freedom because there is nothing on the line... or you get a flat, low-energy performance from a squad that has mentally checked out for the summer.
Given their goal difference is minus nine, and they have conceded 57 times this season, I reckon Aberdeen fancy their chances here. A lot. Dundee United's defence has not been good enough all year. There are goals in this game from an Aberdeen perspective, I am almost certain of that.
